摘要：目的 分析不同护理模式对消化道肿瘤患者术后康复的影响。方法 予以消化道肿瘤患者 60 例护理，按照随机数字表法分组：常规护理（对比组 30 例）与快速康复护理（研讨组 30 例）；评估两组护理效果（各项临床恢复指标时间、护理安全性、各项生活质量评分、心理情况、护理满意度）。结果 研讨组在各项临床恢复指标时间均短于对比组（P＜0.05），研讨组护理安全性高于对比组（P＜0.05）。研讨组各项生活质量评分均高 于对比组（P＜0.05）；护理后，研讨组的评分情况低高于对比组（P＜0.05）；研讨组的护理满意度高于对比组（P＜0.05）。结论 消化道肿瘤患者应用不同护理方案治疗效果存在显著的差异性，而快速康复护理既可缩短患者康复时间，还可提升护理效果生活质量与安全性，值得推广。

Abstract: Objective  To analyze the influence of different nursing models on the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with digestive tract tumors. Methods Sixty patients with digestive tract tumors were given care, namely conventional care (30 cases in the control group) and enhanced recovery after srugery (30 cases in the research group). Evaluate the nursing effects of the two groups (time of various clinical recovery indicators, nursing safety, scores of various quality of life, psychological conditions, and nursing satisfaction). Results The research group showed shorter timelines for all clinical recovery indicators compared with the control group (P＜0.05), and higher nursing safety (P＜0.05). Quality of life scores in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). After nursing, the score of the research group was lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05), the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control guoup (P＜0.05). Conclusion There are significant differences in the therapeutic effects of different nursing regimens for patients with digestive tract tumors. Enhanced recovery after srugery can not only shorten the recovery time of patients, but also improve the quality of life and safety of nursing effects, and is worthy of promotion.
