摘要：目的 探讨基于结构化管理的护理安全策略在额颞叶损伤患者围手术期攻击行为管理中的应用效果。 方法 采用非同期对照研究，将 2024 年 2 月至 2024 年 4 月在我院神经外科治疗的 40 例额颞叶损伤患者设为对照组（实施常规护理），将 2024 年 5 月至 2024 年 7 月在我院神经外科治疗的 40 例额颞叶损伤患者为干预组（实施基于结构化管理的护理安全策略）。比较两组患者攻击行为管理质量和意外事件发生率。结果 与对照组相比，干预组患者攻击行为管理质量更高（P＜0.05），意外事件发生率更低（P＜0.05）。结论 基于结构化管理的护理安全策略能有效提升额颞叶损伤患者围手术期攻击行为管理质量，降低意外事件发生率，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract: Objective  To explore the application effect of nursing safety strategies based on structured management in the management of perioperative aggressive behaviors in patients with frontotemporal lobe injuries. Methods A non-concurrent cohort study was conducted. A total of 40 patients with frontotemporal lobe injuries who received treatment in the department of neurosurgery of our hospital from February 2024 to April 2024 were assigned to the control group (receiving routine nursing care), and another 40 patients with frontotemporal lobe injuries who received treatment in the same department from May 2024 to July 2024 were assigned to the intervention group (implementing nursing safety strategies based on structured management). The quality of aggressive behavior management and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the intervention group had significantly higher quality of aggressive behavior management (P＜0.05) and a significantly lower incidence of adverse events (P＜0.05). Conclusion Nursing safety strategies based on structured management can effectively improve the quality of perioperative aggressive behavior management in patients with frontotemporal lobe injuries and reduce the incidence of adverse events, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
