摘要：目的 分析急性上消化道出血（AUGIB）急诊救治中急诊快速通道（EFT）的应用效果及对重症监护 病房（ICU）住院率的影响。方法 回顾性选取 2024 年 1 月至 2024 年 12 月收治的 400 例 AUGIB 患者，以急诊快速通道构建及使用时间分组，对照组（n＝129）采用常规急诊处理方案，研究组（n＝271）实施 EFT 方案，对比两组救治时间、治疗情况及预后情况。结果 研究组各项救治时间较对照组更短（P＜0.05）；研究组止血、住院时间较对照组更短，输血量较对照组更低（P＜0.05）；研究组再出血率、ICU 住院率及 28 d 死亡率分别 为 5.54%、8.12%、1.48%，较对照组 17.83%、21.71%、8.53% 更低（P＜0.05）。结论 AUGIB 急诊救治中应用 EFT，可缩短救治时间，降低 ICU 住院率、28 d 死亡率，减少再出血情况，并缩短患者住院时间。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the application effect of emergency fast track (EFT) in the emergency treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding (AUGIB) and its impact on the hospitalization rate of intensive care unit (ICU). Methods A total of 400 AUGIB patients admitted from January 2024 to December 2024 were retrospectively enrolled. The patients were divided into two groups based on the construction and use time of the emergency fast track. The control group (n= 129) received conventional emergency treatment, while the study group (n= 271) received EFT treatment. The treatment time, treatment status, and prognosis of the two groups were compared. Results The study group showed shorter time in all treatment-related indicators compared with the control group (P＜0.05). The study group had shorter hemostasis and hospitalization time compared to the control group, and had a lower blood transfusion volume (P＜0.05). The rebleeding rate, ICU hospitalization rate, and 28 day mortality rate in the study group were 5.54%, 8.12%, and 1.48%, respectively, which were lower than the control group’s 17.83%, 21.71%, and 8.53% (P＜0.05). Conclusion The application of EFT in emergency treatment of AUGIB can shorten the treatment time, reduce ICU hospitalization rate, 28 day mortality rate, decrease rebleeding, and shorten patient hospitalization time.
