摘要：目的 评价对静脉曲张患者应用个性化健康教育的效果。方法 将 76 例病例按随机抽样法分为两组，对照组实施常规护理，观察组结合应用个性化健康教育，对比护理效果，及组间的情绪状态差异。结果 两组护理前的焦虑（SAS）、抑郁（SDS）量表评分对比无统计学差异（P＞0.05），护理后对比，观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组护理前的生活质量评分对比无统计学差异（P＞0.05），护理后对比，观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组护理前的自护能力评分对比无统计学差异（P＞0.05），护理后对比，观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对静脉曲张患者应用个性化健康教育，优势显著，能够减轻患者的心理压力，建立良好的自护意识和自护行为，深化患者的疾病认知，优化护理服务质量，推广意义深远。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effect of personalized health education on patients with varicose veins. Methods A total of 76 patients were selected by random sampling and divided into two groups. The control group received routine care, while the observation group was combined with the application of personalized health education. The nursing effects and the differences in emotional states between the groups were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores between the two groups before nursing (P＞0.05). After nursing, the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P＜0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups before nursing (P＞0.05). After nursing, the observation group was higher than the control group (P＜0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the self-care ability scores between the two groups before nursing (P＞0.05). After nursing, the observation group was higher than the control group (P＜0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The application of personalized health education for patients with varicose veins has significant advantages. It can reduce the psychological pressure of patients, establish good self-care awareness and self-care behaviors, deepen patients’ understanding of the disease, optimize the quality of nursing services, and has far-reaching promotion significance.
