摘要:目的 研究 β2- 微球蛋白(β2-MG)及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)检测在多发性骨髓瘤(MM)诊治中的价值。方法 本研究选取 2024 年 2 月至 2025 年 2 月在我院诊治的 MM 患者和同期健康体检者各 60 例作为观察对象,前者纳入观察组,后者纳入对照组。检测所有患者 β2-MG、LDH 水平,比较观察组与对照组的血清 β2-MG、LDH 水平。按分期及治疗效果进行分组,对比各组的血清 β2-MG、LDH 水平。结果 血清 β2-MG、LDH 水平经统计学验证,观察组(4.35±1.28)mg/L、(236.42±66.08)U/L 高于对照组(2.81±0.69)mg/L、(162.21±22.35)U/L,差异具统计学意义(t=8.203,8.240;P<0.05);血清 β2-MG、LDH 水平经统计学验证,观察组 Ⅲ 期(8.95±1.34)mg/L、(315.27±75.38)U/L 高 于 Ⅰ 期(2.75±0.35)mg/L、(196.08±56.27)U/L、Ⅱ 期(3.96±0.88)mg/L、(256.14±62.19)U/L,Ⅱ 期高于 Ⅰ 期,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,血清 β2-MG、LDH、骨髓浆细胞数、血清 M 蛋白、血钙、尿素氮水平经统计学验证,观察组有效患者低于无效患者,血红蛋白高于无效患者(P<0.05)。结论 MM 患者 β2-MG、LDH 水平检测对判断临床分期及预后有重要价值,MM 患者治疗后 LDH 和 β2-MG 下降预示治疗有效。
Abstract:Abstract: Objective To study the value of β2-microglobulin (β2-MG) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in the diagnosis and treatment of multiple myeloma (MM). Methods 60 cases of MM patients and 60 cases of healthy people in our hospital from February 2024 to February 2025 were selected as the observation objects. The former was included in the observation group and the latter in the control group. The serum levels of β2-MG and LDH were detected in all patients, and the serum levels of β2-MG and LDH were compared between the observation group and the control group. The patients were divided into groups according to the stage and treatment effect, and the levels of serum β2-MG and LDH in each group were compared. Results The levels of serum β2-MG and LDH in the observation group (4.35±1.28) mg/L, (236.42±66.08) U/L were significantly higher than those in the control group (2.81±0.69) mg/L, (162.21±22.35) U/L (t= 8.203, 8.240; P<0.05). The levels of serum β2-MG and LDH in the observation group at stage Ⅲ (8.95±1.34) mg/L, (315.27±75.38) U/L were significantly higher than those at stage Ⅰ (2.75±0.35) mg/L, (196.08±56.27) U/L, stage Ⅱ (3.96±0.88) mg/L, (256.14±62.19) U/L, and stage Ⅱ was significantly higher than that at stage Ⅰ (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum β2-MG, LDH, bone marrow plasma cells, serum M protein, blood calcium and urea nitrogen in the observation group were statistically verified. The effective patients in the observation group were lower than the ineffective patients, and the hemoglobin was higher than the ineffective patients (P<0.05). Conclusion The levels of β2-MG and LDH in MM patients can judge the diagnosis stage and progress of the disease, and the decrease of LDL and β2-MG after treatment indicates the effectiveness of treatment.
